WHAT IS THE USA SANDAL BUILDER? 

If you are looking for a sandal made in the USA by hand for you, this is the place.
All orders from our sandal builders are made in our newly opened sandal shop in Wenatchee, Washington.
We converted an old apple storage building into our version of the best sandal factory in the world!

We’ve proudly been building sandals by hand in the USA since 2006.
We are satisfied to see so many others join us in reclaiming the value of the refined simple sandal
for all outdoor and indoor adventures all around the world. Happy feet, happy people!
Like surfers making surfboards, we make LUNAs. Enjoy!
In 2019 we started working with a third generation,
family owned footwear manufacturer based in Japan
and known for very high-quality.
We are happy to report that now in 2021, we offer LUNAs
of the same high-quality you expect from us,
but made in Vietnam in a Japanese trained factory.

In the meantime, we’ve maintained the ability to make any and all our sandal
in house in our USA shop – this gives us great flexibility in offering a wide variety
of LUNA models all made AFTER you order and made for you.
While our overseas made LUNAs will be stocked and shipped soon after ordering.

OUR 30-DAY LUNAFICATION
We want you to love your LUNA sandals as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your sandals within 30 days from the delivery date, you can return them to us for a refund*, no questions asked. If you’d like to exchange for a different model, return shipping is on us.

After 30 days, the sandals can be returned and fully refunded if they are still brand new and can be resold as such. Lightly worn sandals can be returned and refunded, but a restocking fee will be applied. Heavily worn sandals can not be returned. After 90 days, sandals can’t be returned or exchanged regardless of condition.

* Original shipping costs will not be refunded and $7.95 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping cost.
